ACCEPTABLE USE

This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the ��«ӰҵAPP Terms of Use (the “Terms”). The term “��«ӰҵAPP,” “we,” and “us” includes ��«ӰҵAPP, ��«ӰҵAPPApp Inc, our affiliates and subsidiaries. Terms not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

3.1 Compliance

All Users are expected to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Account. If you have agreed to ��«ӰҵAPP’s Terms of Service on behalf of your Organization, then this Acceptable Use Policy will apply to all Users of the ��«ӰҵAPP Services under your Account.

3.2 Acceptable Use of the ��«ӰҵAPP Services

No Misuse of the ��«ӰҵAPP Services. You agree not to misuse the ��«ӰҵAPP Services. For example, you may not:

3.2.1. use the ��«ӰҵAPP Services for any unlawful purpose or for promotion of illegal activities

3.2.2. impersonate another person through the ��«ӰҵAPP Services or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation with a person or entity in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others;

3.2.3. publish or post other people’s private or personally identifiable information, such as credit card numbers, street address or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission;

3.2.4. send unsolicited communications, promotions advertisements, or spam;

3.2.5. publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser or computer

3.2.6. access, tamper with, or use nonpublic areas of the ��«ӰҵAPP Services, ��«ӰҵAPP’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of ��«ӰҵAPP’s providers;

3.2.7. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;

3.2.8. access or search the ��«ӰҵAPP Services by any means other than ��«ӰҵAPP’s publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping”);

3.2.9. forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the ��«ӰҵAPP Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;

3.2.10. interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the ��«ӰҵAPP Services, or by scripting the creation of Project Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the ��«ӰҵAPP Services;

3.2.11. promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization;

3.2.12. use, display, mirror, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the ��«ӰҵAPP Services, including any ��«ӰҵAPP Content available on or through the ��«ӰҵAPP Services, or any portion thereof, through any other application or website, unless and solely to the extent ��«ӰҵAPP makes available the means for embedding any part of the ��«ӰҵAPP Services or ��«ӰҵAPP Content;

3.2.13. provide any false personal information to ��«ӰҵAPP or any other User, or create a false identify or impersonate another person or entity in any way;

3.2.14. create a new account with ��«ӰҵAPP, without ��«ӰҵAPP’s express written consent, if ��«ӰҵAPP has previously disabled an account of yours;

3.2.15. solicit, or attempt to solicit, personal information from other Users;

3.2.16. unless expressly permitted, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, transmit, stream or broadcast any part of the ��«ӰҵAPP Services without ��«ӰҵAPP’s prior written authorization, including, by way of example and not limitation, by doing or engaging in any of the following without ��«ӰҵAPP’s express written consent:

1. altering, defacing, mutilating or otherwise bypassing any approved software through which the ��«ӰҵAPP Services is made available; and
2. using any trademarks, service marks, design marks, logos, photographs or other content belonging to ��«ӰҵAPP or obtained from the ��«ӰҵAPP Services;

3.2.17. assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above.

3.3 Content Standards

In connection with your use of ��«ӰҵAPP Content, you shall not:

3.3.1 Make available any Project Content that, in ��«ӰҵAPP’s sole discretion, (i) is unlawful, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libellous, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (iv) is violent or threatening, or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or (v) promotes illegal or harmful activities;

3.3.2 Harm minors in any way;

3.3.3 Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, ��«ӰҵAPP personnel, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

3.3.4 Make available any Project Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under non-disclosure agreements);

3.3.5 Make Available any Project Content that infringes the rights of any person or entity, including without limitation, any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or other proprietary or contractual rights;

3.3.6 Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation, or any order of a court;

3.3.7 Register for more than one Account or register for an Account on behalf of an individual other than yourself;

3.3.8 Stalk or otherwise harass, bully or intimidate any other user of our ��«ӰҵAPP Content; or

3.3.9 Advocate, encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing activities in this section.
